This document is required for all Brazoswood Choir students.
It outlines the choir daily expectations and guidelines.

If you do not already have a choir T-Shirt,
all Brazoswood Choir members are required to complete this document.
Remember that we will use the shirts in September so order yours now.
Brazoswood Choir students only have to buy one shirt during their high school years.

Brazoswood Alternate Transportation
Please complete this form for travel other than on BISD bus.
You may only travel with an adult.
You may NOT drive yourself.
Friends cannot join you at the last minute.
The travel must be Pre-Approved and documented.
