Required BISD Student Drug Test Form

This document is required for all Brazoswood Choir students. It outlines the new BISD policy for students participating in activities at Brazoswood High School.

Please note that this form MUST be signed by both the student and parent. This form will place you in the random drug test pool at Brazoswood HS
