This document is required for all Brazoswood Choir students entering the TMEA choir audition process. It must be completed fully in order for you to participate.
Please note that we will pay your entry fee BUT we expect you to follow through with your promise to participate. If you fail to follow through, you will receive a not clear card for the amount of the entry fee ($15).
