This document is required for all Brazoswood Choir students entering the TMEA choir audition process. It must be completed fully in order for you to participate.

PLEASE NOTE: We will pay your entry fee BUT we expect you to follow through with your promise to participate. If you fail to follow through, you will receive a not clear card for the amount of the entry fee ($15).

Please continue to watch this page for Mr. Broom's bus schedule update. Remember that all students must travel by BISD bus unless the proper Alternate Transportation form is completed and approved by the school. This form MUST be notarized and Principal approved. Do not wait until the last day! Copies of the form are available in the choir room or may be downloaded from the "Student Forms" page of this website.
