Welcome

Hurricane Rita

Hurricane Rita
Lake Jackson, Texas

In an effort to keep our choir members informed, I will try to keep this page updated as I see national information posted. If I can get local information, I will post that also.

Please be safe and know that our that thoughts and prayers are with you. Remember that property can be replaced. Your safety is the most important thing.

IMPORTANT!!!

Brazosport ISD will be CLOSED until WEDNESDAY (September 28, 2005) when classes will resume.

Please follow local information for returning to the area. The State is advising that highway traffic jams are very possible. Be sure to travel with fuel, food and water.

Many areas do not yet have power and water. Fuel is very hard to find in the entire area and most stores are not open. Most Houston schools are closed until Wednesday or Thursday. Please understand that power is off in some areas. The Lake Jackson area is still very vacant. There are very few stores with products and almost every gas station is either empty or closed.

KTRH 740AM is posting closing lists as they become available. You should also check "www.Click2Houston.com" for additional school and State information.
